The Big Ben parasol with radio motor was awarded the Plus X Award 2024/2025 in the categories High Quality, Design, Ease of Use and Functionality.
The Plus X Award is the innovation prize for brand quality. An expert jury, consisting of various representatives from different industries, awards the seal of quality of the innovation prize in seven categories: Innovation, Design, High Quality, Ease of Use, Functionality, Ergonomics and Ecology. Compared to many other awards, the Plus X Award therefore goes far beyond a pure design award – it is a benchmark for the best products and an unmistakable sign of brand quality. Our tried-and-tested parasol all-rounder Big Ben convinced the jury in four categories.

Additional Equipment
WMS Radio Motor
The motorised Big Ben offers top-class convenience! With the press of a button on the remote control, several parasols can easily be opened or closed at the same time – and in only two minutes! An unbeatable advantage for restaurant owners – it’s never been so easy to use large parasols. The clever WMS motor can also be easily networked by radio with other sun shading products. So you have everything under control with just one hand-held transmitter.
Integrated Strut Light
With the integrated Elegance LED strut light, you can make any patio shine. Designed to be elegant and unobtrusive, the modern LED strips provide pleasant light. The lights are easily switched on and off via the central switch on the mast or via remote control. The latter also allows you to dim the lights. Also available with coloured LED light strips.
Radiant Heater
With the integrated radiant heaters for Big Ben, you can create a favourite a favourite place outdoors even on cool days. Perfectly suited for long evenings – in restaurants, of course, but also in the private garden. All wires are securely concealed inside of the frame. The detachable radiant heaters are simply plugged into the connections at the strut ends. Lights and heating can be switched on and off individually using the central switch at the top of the mast.
Windroof
The wind roof differs from the wind hood in that it has an additional frame. This lends the parasol an interesting look, makes it even more resistant to wind and also allow accumulated heat to escape more easily.
