About Sergeants Mess
Set within the Tower of London’s surroundings, Sergeant’s Mess offers an atmosphere which merges modernity with history in which diners can enjoy typically British dishes in a historic setting.
Created by Mark Sergeant, Michelin starred chef and former Head Chef to Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s in 2001 with Head Chef Simon Oakley at the helm; Sergeants Mess aims to serve a menu of seasonal modern British dishes relying on British ingredients that reflect the heritage of this historic London landmark. We were first approached to provide a bespoke Warema sun shading system to ensure that diners could enjoy the environment at all times.

Our project
As a highly sensitive historic site we worked with the client to create a unique outdoor seating and dining area which was as streamlined and as aesthetically pleasing as possible, our aim being for the building to compliment, and not detract from, the surroundings of the famous Tower of London.
To achieve this effect we installed six Warema W20 Conservatory Awning Systems to protect against sun and medium rain fall whilst providing a comfortable outdoor dining experience for the patrons of this iconic restaurant.
